Open Records Act Lawsuit against Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK)
Feltus v. PDK involved the public’s repeated attempts to obtain access to government records under the Georgia Open Records Act. These records would show that DeKalb County and its employees engaged in ongoing official misconduct designed to conceal the unlawful introduction of oversized aircraft into Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK). In addition, the complaint alleged that DeKalb County evaded ad valorem taxation of aircraft based at PDK.
